Aerial-Pixel LLC uses Professional UAV equipment from DJI the world leader in drones for aerial photography! Our DJI Inspire 1 is equipped with a 16mp 4k camera that has interchangeable lenses. Our Micro-Four-Thirds camera uses lenses ranging between 14-42mm getting you the precise shot you need from Wide-Angle landscapes to close-up inspection photos and videos. This is the same professional setup used on many film sets today!
The average shoot can be done in about an hour. During your one hour photo session, we'll shoot at least 40-50 high resolution photos in JPEG and RAW formats or approximately 20 minutes of raw 4K video footage. If you need to have input on the shots as they are taken you will be able to see everything through our live feed and rest assured that we are getting the right shot. If you can't be on location with us; no problem! We will meet with you before the shoot and discuss your needs. Photos are usually available within 48 hours via cloud.
Aerial-Pixel LLC can film anywhere the FAA allows. Even if your location is in restricted airspace we will get the necessary permits on your behalf. We shoot everything from Commercial Real Estate, Construction Sites, Events and Agriculture.
According to The National Association of Realtors, 73-percent of homeowners are more likely to list their home with Realtors that use video. However, only 9-percent of Real Estate companies use video to sell properties. That means that Aerial-Pixel LLC can give you a competitive edge over 91-percent of your competitors!

Yes, If the pilot has a drone license, you'll see a document indicating that they hold a current FAA issued UAS license. Fines for the unlicensed pilot and the person hiring the pilot can be quite substantial. The fine is $1,100 per occurrence/flight where imagery is used commercially. More importantly perhaps, the fine for a real estate agent who contracts an unlicensed pilot is $11,000. Of course, if you’re an agent who bought a drone and took the photos or video yourself, you will be liable for both fines. If you're photographer's name doesn't show up in the database, you may want to question your photographer about his or her FAA remote pilot's license. https://amsrvs.registry.faa.gov/airmeninquiry/
